I have used Presidential Pressure Washing twice in the last 6 years and was extremely pleased with the results each time. My roof is light colored shingles and was quite stained the first time I had Richard and his crew clean my roof. It came out looking like new and remained so for 3 years, as I was told it would. Richard is very professional, friendly and honest -- tough to find in today's world. Their website has extensive information about types of roofs and how and why to clean. During the cleaning process, they are so diligent to protect plants in the beds around the house and their final clean-up of the area is excellent. My neighbor tried a DIY method with didn't work at all and hired Richard on the spot when he saw how great my roof was cleaned. Now, my neighbor's roof looks like new. Recently, I had a small roof repair as I had a leak around the chimney due to inadequate flashing. The crew examined thoroughly for any damage to the underlying wood and could find none. I feel this validated there has been no compromising of the shingles due to the cleaning process. I will definitely call Presidential Pressure Washing when my roof needs cleaning again.

In the 15 years we have been maintaining our drive and walkway pavers, Presidential Pressure Washing has been the best company we have ever contracted for service. The pavers are cleaned with high pressure hot water and rotary brushes, then sanded and sealed with top of the line materials. The finished job makes the pavers look the same as the day they were first installed. The crew arrives exactly on time and completes the work as contracted.
